No no, wait, not Yakult. I'm not sure abt Yakult. Pls check with your vet first before feeding. I've never tried feeding them Yakult. I only said that Marigold has the same bacteria as Yakult, so it's like Yakult. But that doesn't mean I think you shld feed that to your chin. I dunno abt vitasoy. Seriously, you want to feed your chins all this kinda stuff, pls check with your vet. I mean it seriously, I'm no expert. My chin only had yogurt when he was ill. Now he's healthy, he's back on a normal diet. I'm not feeding him any extra human food or anything.

hmm.....but all this yoghurt stuff got a lot of preservatives etc in it right? actually for acidopilous can get from pharmacies....bunnies owners give to bunnies cos encourages good bacteria in the digestive system.. i wouldnt give my bunnies yoghurt or yakult etc cos they cant take dairy products...wonder if its different for chins then?

From my understanding that papaya cubes are good enzymes for the stomach and helps to clear out fur balls in the stomach. This is told by one of the lady from Pet Kingdom. I have not tried it before as i thought of getting one packet at the Chin Fair at forum. It's out of stock therefore have to go all the way down to either one of the branches one of this days. But i guess they must have love it alot, like raisins.

I'm not sure whether it's different for chins, but it's what Dr Ling advised, so I just follow. Pls note that raisins have a laxative effect on chins, so limit to 1 per chin per day. They can get diarrhoea or bloat if fed too many raisins.

I've seen the APD one. The papaya cubes I use are the human grade ones I bought from Raffles City Mall.
