heard from animosity that hayley from day 1 alr drink a lot liao right? if so, i think should be ok 1 lor. if u suspect bottle spoil, then maybe buy another bottle, change and see how lor. also might be due to weather, like wat geraldo say. also i suspect that if u dun give them enough food, they'll drink more water to fill their stomach leh. but if u just give them as much as they want, they'll become obese v easily. haiz...

leoric > rabbits can have that too. kidney failure,... i asked dr ling b4 about such thing. hard to tell 1 lor. unless bring for check up. last time i also worried that puppy got that prob. but dr ling checked (press press here, press press there) and say it feels ok. she suspect it's the weather. and ask me to continue monitor him. inky > if u r worried, i suggest u bring to vet.

From my own observation of the numerous bunnies that I fostered and took care of, I noticed that most of younger bunnies before they are sterilised, do drink a lot and pee alot.
When I first rescued Akira, Hana and Yuki, they each drink 2 bottles of 16oz water a day. Not due to hot weather cos that time was Dec raining season. And I have to change their litter tray at least 2 times a day or 3 times. The urine was so much until the newsapaper and bedding all soaked thru and most of time overflow. The symptom stopped after I neutered and spayed them.
My recent rescued July also drink and pee alot....
So, I think, so long the urine colour is normal, it should be normal if your bunnies are below 6 mths old. However, if drinking and urine pattern change drastically for older bunnies, then vet attention is needed.

For knowledge purpose, what's the difference between the two?

oh ya... can see their urine color also. that time puppy got almost colorless urine color. something like human's 1. but dr ling said maybe it's 'cause drink too much water. but if they pee on BC, hard to tell wat color right?
