He is the youngest son of my Chrsitopher & Christina II (1st batch). Christina II gave birth to 3 kids on July 12, 2003. Prince is the youngest and unfortunately the weakiest. When his brother and sister grown 6 weeks old, he is only half of their size. That is about my palm size. He has "weak hind legs" problem- his hind legs are spread wide opened. I discovered it only when he grown 5 weeks old. Before that he was normal like his siblings, he likes to hide in between the playpen and the clothes which I used to hang on the playpen. After since I discovered his inborn disability. I have to clean his bottom every half an hour to prevent stain stucked on his body. Christina II also do the same, and I can see that she really care for him so much. He was a "happy go lucky bunny". His bro and sis will let him eat first, groom him, let him climb up to their body and sleep, play with him, they have fun together. I promised him to take care of him for his whole life, no matters how dirty he is, I will still love him. He is my prince. On Sept 04, 2003. Prince started to grind his teeth. I have took him to ARC and they can't find the reason why. I have made an afternoon appointment on next day to bring him down to Dr Sul for further treatment. I have accompany Prince the whole nite after came back from clinic. Need to syringe feed him some medication every half an hour....I awake the whole nite and do all the sweet talking....but he doesn't appreciate it. He passed away in my arm on Sept 05, 2003 6.45am - just on the same day I supposed to leave for BKK trip. Bye, my little Prince. You were always on my mind and I love you. Auntie Christina I will take care of you on the side of the world and she will love you as we love you here. Be strong, be happy, and you will be as healthy as us over there....... Bye, my love, bye........ I love you.

bunnylover > from the way u describe, i think prince has splayed hind legs. this may be hereditary. it might also be due to the slippery surface. my local boy, kpo has that too, but on his front legs. i found 2 baby buns about 1 month old having splayed hind legs too. dr ling suggested that it's better to put them to sleep to reduce their miseries in future. take care... i'm sure prince appreciate everything u did.

Ya, he is charming, and that's why I named him Prince. He is so handsome, he has his "black dot" as nose.....and he really looked like a cartoon features (can't remember the name) - the rabbit always has his eyes closed-sleeppy type of eyes....he's really cute and adorable. I always cleaned his bottom and at the same times he himself licked his own front legs. We always do this together. I love him so much but he still left me even I promised to be with him to the end, he still left me....Maybe is my fault to put them out from the cage too early, and let them run freely on my mable flooring, but I have put a lot of clothes/towels on the floor for them to run and play with. My fault and that's why I have to carry on my life with regrets.

U kept your promise, didn't u....?u were with him till the very end, right?i believe he is still around...somewhere where one day we'll all go there to see them.As much as u misses him,i believe he misses u too.....take good care of your other Bunnies....I'm kind of sure every death in our Pets is an assets to help our Pets still living in this world to lead a better live thru their owner & blessing every animals & their owners in every way.
