I post some pics of my kitty. I hope you all can see the pics. I used imagestation. The pics are a bit dark coz I didn't use flash. She hates it, will normally flinch or move away. Also, I took her pics when she's resting in her cage coz she won't rest outside. When she's out, she goes crazy running and playing. She'll do that for hours non-stop. Keke, is she cute?

I don't keep her in her cage all the time. She gets out for at least half a day or more. She's always out when I'm at home and only locked up when there's no one in. This is coz I live on a very high floor, and my windows are full-length, so they reach down to the floor. There are grills, but she can slip through them. The windows are open to the bottom when there's no one home you see. She actually gave me a bad fright once. She leaped onto the table next to the window and was just taking off to leap up to the ledge when I ran over and grabbed her. My heart was pounding and I was badly frightened coz if I hadn't been close enough, she wld just have flown out the window. She has no idea that we're high up at all, coz she can't judge vertical distance well when it's too far. In fact, I always see her sitting next to the floor window and gazing out. She really wants to explore outside, not knowing it's a long way down. Otherwise she goes into one of her crazy moods where she'll rush around and play like crazy till she has no energy left.

I think Clover mentioned that it's a ragdoll? I went to Pet's Station at Jurong Pt saw 2 ragdolls very kelian... one has an injury in her eyes and they both look kinda bored.
Aiyo... scary man... I think it's better to close ur window even when u are at home.
My friend's cousin's cat leaped down from 13th storey... died on the spot, and it bit its own tongue oso... kelian..

Yes, my dog and cat live in harmony coz my dog doesn't bully other animals. My cat is the noti one, alwiz bully the dog and stalk the small pets. Cats poo or pee may smell a bit, but really, if you clean the litterbox everyday, as we do, then there's very little smell. Somemore, I use lemon scented litter. Actually I got her from Pets Station. She's the healthiest kitten there. I brought her to the vet for a check up the very next day I got her, and the vet said she's a very healthy kitten. No ear mites, no fungus, no common kitten problems. A very healthy appetite too, she eats alot. Yes, now, I close all the windows when she's out. A bit stuffy in the house but no choice la. Ragdolls are called ragdolls as they have a very endearing quality to them. When they are being held by a person they know, someone they love and are very close to, they go limp like a real doll. They'll let you carry it about like a toy, their muscles just relax. I can carry Chloe like a baby, with her face and stomach facing the top. She'll just relax. And when I scratch her chin and rock her, she'll close her eyes and purr loudly. Keke, very nice~~ Chloe is actually a blue bicolour ragdoll, but she's missing the inverted V shape on her face. She has the blue grey patch on her body, ears and tail (not obvious in the pics), but not on the face. There are 3 patterns in ragdolls, the colour point, the mitted and the bicolour. There are 2 traditional colours, Seal and Blue. Of course, now, there are a few other new colours and patterns in the ragdoll. Flame and Tabby (aka Lynx), Chocolate and Lilac are new colours. But the quality of these colours are still not up to standard totally. Coz I read that the more experienced breeders abroad had to be very careful with their breeding in order to get a true Flame, Chocolate or Lilac. It's not easy to get one that's up to show standards. I originally wanted to get a seal mitted kitten, but I cldn't find any nice ones. My bf liked the blue colour, so we examined the one at Pets Station very carefully, and decided to get her. Truthfully, she was the only kitten there full of life. She was bouncing around the cage full of energy while the other 2 I saw were huddled in the corner. Also, she was the only blue kitten there, the rest were flame points. That's an orange cream colour. Oh yes, also, all ragdolls have blue eyes only. They are not supposed to have any other colour eyes at all.

Of course there are other colours in Ragdoll. I only named the traditional colours. There are other colours available now, but mostly in other countries, and under breeders. They are a little more difficult to find. Actually, I was gonna import a ragdoll, cos I found really lovely seal mitted ones abroad. I even knew someone who was getting a cat from abroad too, but in the end, she got from a different cattery. So can't share import costs, so I went searching in sg lor. I got a new pic of Chloe. She's lying in the living room, staring at the sun. Haha, I dunno what she's thinking abt really.
