My name is boyboy, a rough hair JRT. Daddy n Mummy adopted me from SPCA in 4 yrs ago. Seeing that I may be lonely, DnM got me an accompany, Girlgirl, two mths later.
We got to jog or walk with DnM everyday. Knowing that I was abondened, Mummy gave me all the love she can.
However, three weeks ago, I got sick. I lost my apetite. DnM got very worried. They brought me to the vet, however, my blood condition was bad. I was hospitalised. DnM visited me everyday, bringing Girlgirl along to see me.
Finally doctor gave the green light for my discharge. DnM was delighted. Back home, I tried my best to recover, however, illness came over me. On the 3rd nite home, DnM stayed closely by my side. Mummy's eyes were full of tears. I wanted to lick her face and tell her not to be sad but I was too weak. I did not want to leave her and the family, but God told me it's time.
Mummy held me and told me how much she loved me. She kept saying she was sorry for being able to give me a better life.
I took a last look around the house and the family..... and I walked to the other end of the Rainbow Bridge.
Dad and Mum, I love u...

TYY, although i've never lost a dog before, I understand how u feel. It's no difference from losing someone we loved. But life has to go on, life is a circle. When there is birth, there is death. Try to think positively to make urself feel better. He might be reborn to a better family. I believe in fate. It's not your fault nor anyone's fault that he had gone. He is already destined to live up to that certain age.
