Tic has given birth to 4 pups! Actually after I posted my last online msg on Thusrday nite (7/04/2005 nearly 11pm), I went to change her water and saw her come out of her hse and saw tt she's slim again!!! Then I looked in her house and saw the pups wriggling inside!!! She had actually given birth tt day! Might be during the day or evening cos when I came back, the papa hamster (Toe) is snoozing outside the hse and the mama hamster (Tic) is sleeping inside the hse and at tt pt of time, I couldn't see any pups and tot she's juz sleeping so din disturb her. What a surprise! Now they're 4 days old and the size of an almond. But Tic is a bit rough with her kids and sometimes just ran out of her hse while the pups are still feeding & thus still attached to her belly! Poor pups are knocked ard and wriggling by themselves outside till she went back home and discover tt not all are at home! It's really a funny sight to see her carry the pups back to the hse! ;p By the way I've separated the mum and father. Birth control... One of the pups' leg got entangled in the tissue and was hanging upside down from the hse when I saw it! I quickly used a plastic 'tang ci' (dunno y the system keep on changing my tang ci in english to sthingy!) to scope it back but it's foot is already black and blue. can't touch it some more.... it's still bruised. Wanna ask if u think it'll recover? Below are some new pics:

Actually tried to take more photos but as they grow bigger, they grow stronger thus move faster! Harder to catch them still unless sleeping! Tomolo will be 3 weeks old already, fast huh? Got more pics but now too tired to wait for uploading... working early tomolo.. But unlike their parents, they like to bit my fingers alot leh... their mother Tic never bite me b4. The little rascals also like to snatch their mum's food while making loud squeaking noises! Poor mum I always give her more after hers was snatched! She very fantastic, caught her climbing up the vertical side bars up to the cover meaning hanging upside down and in tt position climbed across the 'ceiling' and then down the other side!!! ;DNone of my hamsters ever did tt, not even Biscuits who's quite an acrobatic ham. The pups are taking after her in this sense, they managed to climb up my container once when I put them there to wash the cage! Wally couldn't climb it man....

All except one little fellow have been adopted by my ex-colleagues and my sis's fren. Only the one with the crippled leg is left. It's actually moving ok rite now, jus tt the leg looks a bit odd. Can't really determine boy or gal. Looks like a boy previously but already 1 and a half months old yet no obvious sign of being a boy! previously cos we saw it trying to climb on it's mother so tot better buy tank etc... now everything bought then see it might be a girl... odd. But I rather separate it from Tic cos they're developing some tendencies to play fight. Any advice?
