Me personally 've not tried b4 , but heard from other forums that it's not as adsorbent as BC n more expensive on the long run .

Check out this useful link!! all u need 2 know on the right type of beddings 4 ur bunny! www.hrss.net/aar/care/care_litter_faq.html#litterMost rabbit lover's r using BC , me n puppy 've been using it 4 quite some time liao . May b she can tell u more abt the advantages of BC......btw me using Aspen woodshave not pellets . Here's some comments by other bunny lovers.... 1)Aspen pellets crumbles after absorbing the pee 2)Pet's preference give out a amonia smell 3)Woody pets stink n dusty , break down into powder 4)Carefresh has good absorbency n odour control 5)Breeder's Choice good absorbency n odour control ( though some complain that it stain the little tray ) But me totally 've no such problem at all n me been using it since last May .

lionheart > i think u've asked this question b4 in other forums. and we always tell u to use paper pellet beddings. and u said u'll try it soon 'cause u want to finish what u have now 1st. but i'm very surprised that u r still using woodshavings. the last time u said u left a bit more. will try paper pellet beddings (as recommended) after the bedding u have had finished. yet...
let me remind u again... PAPER PELLET BEDDINGS are fine, they are actually highly recommended. we recommend Breeder's Choice bedding to u b4. even told u who u can look for, if u want BC. pine beddings (be it pellet form, shaving form or whatever) AND corn beddings are not good for bunnies.
if u really care for ur bunnies, please remember what we've answered in ur questions. and stop using woodshavings for ur bunnies. thank you.

lionheart > i hope u clarified all ur doubts. hope u r no more confused about bunny beddings. i think u r confused 'cause u didnt read properly. u r trying hard to toilet train ur bunny so that no need to use any beddings and u think it's the safest?! aiyo... PLEASE REMOVE THAT THOUGHT OF YOURS k? it's very unhygienic and smelly for the environment and bunny. u should be happy that she pee in the litter tray. poo is very easy to clear what. just get those MINI broom. sweep the poo up, throw in litter tray, can liao.

hi lionheart,
i highly recommend BC cat litter too.. i am using it for my dusty and i find it really easier to clear his cage and it absorb the pee very well.. if u are not too sure if it is good, try getting the smallest bag first... or ask if the pet shops have a trial pack they can give u..
pls do use bedding for ur bunny... if her pee is not absorbed it will make their living conditions very uncomfortable for her.. and if ur bunny gets into prolonged contact with the pee, it might cause hutch burn.. not to mention ur bunny will be smelly and dirty..

lionheart > wat u can do now is to put the food bowl just next to the litter tray 'cause bunnies eat and poo at the same time. and now just put all the poo into the litter tray. after some time, she'll know that poo business must be done in litter tray as well.
