Ghost.....how much to feed is dependent on weight of the bunny. esp for pellets. for vegs i usu give a lot a lot,u saw me feeding before right? its one HUGE bowl like salad like that. whether u feed pellets/vegs in the day or night, its alright, depends on u for young bunnies below 6 months,i recommend no wet stuff as yet and give unlimited pellets for mature bunnies, pellets n vegs Plus LOTS of hay.old bunnies(3 years n above) can actually give jus vegs(a lot) and A LOT of hay,no need pellets

ok here goes,
for bunnies 7 months-1 year.half cup per 6lbs of body weight.(less than 3kgs)
for bunnies from 1-5 years about a quarter to half cup of pellets per 6lbs of weight.if u feed a lot of vegs can give lesser pellets.
bunnies over 5 years,if weight is ok,then maintain same diet as before. if bunny becomes sick, frail or weak then need unlimited pellets to keep weight up. in these cases can give alfafa hay too but MUST make sure that for these old rabbits calcium levels are ok first. cos alfafa hay is high in calcium n protein.

i use this cup that i got from pet shop long time ago.. the brand is "hill's"..the pet shop pple gave me free one leh..it has cup marking indications from it yes,its per day.total amount of pellets to feed in one day. must supplement with diet of vegs n unlimited hay.always intro vegs slowly too n take away those that cause wet stools.once its ok to feed, any amount is ok. lots of vegs is good, but make sure the vegs are fresh n remove any stale ones. anything other than vegs, pellets n hay is considered a treat n should b given sparingly. good treats to give will b fruits.but in moderation cos of high sugar content.vitamins n supplements can b given but its always good to consult a vet to know the proper dosage to gve,if its safe to give. i also learnt all these myself when i first start keepin bunnies, info is easily available online. but b very selective about ur sources loh.one good site to refer to would b www.rabbit.org
