This section of the forum is just a little inactive, and I blame myself for it. Therefore, will be trying to post up some stuff here. Okie. Umm, I have just ordered 2 lovely hammocks from USA, together with 2 chin frens. I think these hammocks are real beautiful, plus, they are actually cheaper than the price set by the pet shops here. I ordered a Hello Kitty design and a fabric print design. When they arrive, I'll post up photos of them, or get someone to help me post them up. Pls take a look at this shop, where I bought the hammocks from. Seriously, I think that this is a good place to buy chinchilla hammocks. Other chin owners might want to consider it. By sharing shipping costs, it makes things even cheaper. www.hidensleep.2ya.com/Truly, I think they are real nice and cute. Am actually quite happy and excited to buy these for my chins, and I'll be getting more next time.

Hi Clover, I went to the website recently and it seems that the website's not available.. any ideas on whether the website has been moved to a new one? I've been intending to buy a couple of their hammocks...now a bit lost as to what happened to their site...

Hi sheilla, so far, I can't find the Hide N Sleep website anymore. However, you can try this overseas shop for chinchilla things as well. It's not bad, they have lots of stuff. www.chinchillas2home.co.uk/store.htm

The chinchilla toys look really interesting. I thought of getting a hammock for my pigs, do you think it's a gd idea?

I'm not very sure if they are suitable for pigs. All I know is that some ppl advise against it, cos pigs are supposedly, not very agile animals. You'll have to hang the hammock or cube very low, to avoid any accidents, just in case.
