looks like scottish fold to me too.... but this one the ears did not fold down completely. it happens, not all lits will have complete folded ears.

the scottish fold ears in the pic also been altered by comp.. lol.. their ears wont be like that.. its more folded down flat against the head, giving them an owl like look.. u can find them in pet shops.. but u shld not buy from pet shops.. u can import.. there is one good local breeder of longhair scottish folds. visit his website at www.nekokyu.com
