Doe and buck must be seperated for about 1 month after sterilisation even if both are done together. Coz if a buck mount a newly spayed doe, it can cause internal injury to the doe.
If you fixed the buck 1st, then the buck is still able to inpregnate the female during the 1st mth becoz he still have stored sperm.
Whichever way you plan, you still need to seperate them. So you can consider fixing the 2 at one go.

Is it better to get my doe and buck go for the operations at the same time? And as they have to be separated after the operation...one has to stay in the carrier for few days...and not to carry them to often...then how to clean (when pee and poo) and feed water? Having second thoughts about neutering and spaying as thinking of keeping the bloodline... like what cottontail mentioned, it's better to bring 2 buns at the same time. but dunno if dr ling will do 2 surgeries on the same day or not. me never try b4. that time i brought my buck 1st, wait till he recovered then i bring my doe. but remember about separating them for a month 'cause they still can get pregnant after sterilization.

Yes, Dr Ling can fix 2 on the same day. In fact I made appt for 3 on the same day but 1 of them got to reschedule last miniute becoz she gave birth and got to wait for the uterus to shrink back to normal size.

That mean one have to be in the carrier for a month...if so, normally how we feed the water and clean the poo and pee? Cos there will be no space inside the carrier to put the water bottle nor feeding bowl etc... miracle, when u quote other posts, u've to include the front part (ie. ) try quoting it again, u'll see it right in front, b4 of the quote.

cottontail > wah... gave birth when u prepare to fix her?! so lucky ah... buy 4D also not so heng. haha, what a narrow escape. She is a rescued bunny and I don't know her history. Ya she gave birth just 1 week before the scheduled date for her spaying. Luckily Dr Ling was busy during last December and gave a later appt date. I shudder to think what will happen to my bunny if the appt was given earlier. Cut open the tummy then see babies inside. ;D
