haha......... your hammies so cute. But after the bath, my chins will tend to shake their bodies, and the nice coat of fur appear again. Does your hammies do that too?

how much powder do you put for your hammies to bathe? Jus one layer of bath powder at the bottom pf a mid size tank.....plus add in some Minimal Bathsand & a bit of Minimal White powder to make em smell nice nice after their sand bathy,hehe...... Onlly these 2 particular hams need the Kay-Tee Bath powder....the rest of my other hammies don't need em as their fur isn't as oily or as mess as these 2 campbells....

hi Ghost,
have you thought of combing your hammies before a bath so that the powder can penetrate into their furs.
Everytime, i let both my chins for a bathe, i would comb them first. Therefore, they will have a nice coat of furs and those unwanted loose furs will come out, stucked on the comb.

Same as my chins when i used to comb them the very first time. I let them smell the comb and spoke to them softly. Then i started to comb bit by bit for them.
Maybe you should try again. Combing does help alot before a bath to make the fur coat beautiful.
