Maybe we can organise a Funding or something for this place.I wonder what ghost and the others think? I'd love to....but.....when it comes to $....it's getting sensitive as it's often the cause of all quarrels & misunderstandings....anyway,i'll be going down to that place somewhere beginning of next month to have a look & get contacted with the person-in-charge.I think i can gather a couple of petshops to do the funding. In return, maybe i help em advertise their shops in here. Still thinking, need to discuss with the staffs 1st tho....

There could have been some regular sponsors that is supporting this programme. But nevertheless, besides the rental, there is also the animal's food and daily neccesisity to think about.Cause once this type of organisation is set up,there will be more 'unwanted' or abandon animals going there to live. And you can imagine the running cost going up each month, really no joke.

qiqi wrote....
Thanks for all the wonderful support! We gauge from the responses so far, the amount of food collected or will be collected, should be enough for Pet Villa to feed the dogs until their funds come in.
We hereby thank everyone for their help! For now, we'll stop the little donation drive.
Pet villa will always need some form of donation for their on-going work but now, we are grateful enough for the food to feed them and will not ask for more than necessary. We are sure there are other animal shelter that need help as well and we do not wish to hog all the generosity.
Once again, thank you all for the wonderful support. Your generousity and kindness have deeply touched the hearts of ours and our little furry friends. They are smiling again., for you and because of you.
If you have any packets of dry dog food, bottles of shampoo or even old, unwanted leashes and collars which you wish to donate to these dogs, please email qiqi @ lovehurtslikehell@yahoo.com
We'll arrange to pick the items up from you and pass them to the rescue organisation.

one of the volunteer went to pet villa and took some pic... this was what he wrote...I was 1 one the lucky few who managed to visit the place that really needs help to save all these poor doggies... heres some more pictures to share with everyone...
Some of the volunteers and people visiting the kennels right up ahead...
Petercho's wife and an old lady planting in the backyard... Joan's Kiki was trying to kaypoh and help around...
The poor doggies need a home... see the poor puppies behind the protective mother?
The lonely walkway into the kennels.
I remember hearing Joan telling kiki:"Be grateful that you are so lucky, look at your poor friends, they are still looking for a home..."
Can help them by giving them a better home?
Incidentally, thats Petercho's children biding farewell reluctantly to the doggies as we were preparing to leave...

heard that vet villa is visitor-friendly, can go there any time provided there is someone there to open the gate for you....
hmmm not too sure what the volunteers do but i guess it's cleaning their dens, bathing them, playing with them, taking a walk with the dogs & educate the public...
